Grip Guppies is our fun, confidence-boosting program for kids ages 4 to 10 living with a limb difference. It’s designed to help young children build a strong foundation of self-confidence, resilience, and pride in who they are—right from the start.
When you join the Guppies, you’ll receive a welcome kit filled with exciting surprises, including a “Born Different, Built Strong” bracelet, a Grip Guppies Membership Card, and a handwritten note from Grace, our founder, welcoming you to the Grip community and cheering you on.
Every month, members receive a kid-friendly newsletter made just for this age group—filled with fun activities, creative challenges, age-appropriate digital content, and an encouraging message from Grace. It’s all designed to help kids celebrate their difference and see their limb as a source of power—not limitation.
Each season, Guppies also receive a Quarterly Grip Kit—a themed box packed with confidence-boosting goodies, hands-on tools, and empowering messages that reinforce strength, pride, and self-belief.
And this journey isn’t just for the kids—there’s a parent component too! Each newsletter and kit includes simple, meaningful activities for parents and kids to enjoy together, helping families bond, build confidence side by side, and create a loving, empowering environment where children feel seen, supported, and unstoppable.

Grip Scouts is Grip’s confidence-building program for youth ages 10 to 12—a pivotal stage when kids start to explore independence, develop a stronger sense of identity, and become more aware of how they’re perceived by others. This program is designed to guide them through that transition with strength, self-belief, and community.
Members receive a monthly newsletter tailored specifically for preteens, featuring engaging stories, challenges, videos, and advice from mentors and older peers with limb differences. The content speaks directly to what tweens are navigating—friendships, school, self-image, and owning their difference with pride.
Every season, participants receive a Quarterly Confidence Kit filled with fun and empowering tools, creative projects, and reflective activities that help them build emotional resilience and pride in who they are.
Grip Scouts also includes access to the Grip Hub Network, where tweens can explore videos, stories, and other resources designed to keep them inspired and connected, plus a light peer-to-peer component to begin building social confidence with others in their age group.

Grip Teens is our confidence-building program for teens living with a limb difference, designed to empower them during a time when self-awareness, peer pressure, and insecurities can feel overwhelming. This program helps teens step into their power, own their story, and feel proud of who they are.
Members of Grip Teens receive a monthly newsletter tailored specifically for teens, with real talk about confidence, identity, and self-image—plus videos, creative challenges, and stories from mentors who understand what it's like to grow up with a limb difference. Each message is honest, relatable, and designed to encourage self-acceptance and resilience.
Every season, Grip Teen members also receive Quarterly Confidence Kit filled with empowering tools, curated items, and self-reflection prompts that speak to their stage of life—helping them build confidence from the inside out.
Teens can also connect through our peer-to-peer network, where they’ll be matched with others close in age who understand what they’re going through. Through letter exchanges, group challenges, and virtual hangouts, they’ll form bonds that foster confidence, friendship, and shared strength.

The Grip Ambassador Program is an exclusive opportunity for teens in our community to step into leadership, use their voice, and make a real impact. Open only to participants in our teen program, this initiative empowers young people to share their stories, inspire others, and help build a more confident, connected, and inclusive limb-different community.
Ambassadors begin by completing an online training program to prepare for their leadership role. Upon completion, they’ll receive a certificate of achievement and earn the official title of Grip Ambassador, along with a welcome pack that includes an official ambassador card, exclusive bracelet, and digital badge.
From there, Grip Ambassadors take an active role in shaping our community. They’ll:
In addition to giving back, ambassadors gain access to exclusive leadership opportunities, including advanced workshops, speaking engagements, and mentor-guided experiences that build confidence, communication skills, and advocacy.
This is more than just a title—it’s a chance to grow, lead, and uplift others by showing up as exactly who you are.

Our Camps and Workshops are immersive, hands-on experiences designed to build community, foster confidence, and develop essential life skills for youth impacted by limb difference. Held throughout the year as both single-day events and multi-day camps, these gatherings offer a safe, uplifting space for kids and teens to connect, grow, and share their stories.
Each experience is thoughtfully crafted to promote self-reliance, leadership, and personal development, while reinforcing the message that being different is something to be proud of. Through team activities, creative sessions, and peer-led discussions, participants form meaningful bonds and leave with a stronger sense of identity and empowerment.
Led by inspiring mentors, including individuals with lived experience, our camps and workshops help youth discover their voice, build resilience, and feel deeply supported by a like-minded community.

Hero Mail is a special program designed to celebrate, uplift, and encourage limb-different kids during meaningful moments in their journey. Whether it's after a surgery, a prosthetic fitting, or a personal milestone, Hero Mail delivers personalized letters or video messages filled with support and inspiration.
Messages come from Grace, our founder, as well as Grip Ambassadors and occasionally inspirational celebrities and role models—all of whom understand the power of being seen, heard, and reminded that you’re not alone.
Every note or video is crafted to boost confidence, celebrate courage, and remind each child that they are strong, brave, and extraordinary—exactly as they are.
